never seen before: the all brass snare

belgian stave shell drums manufacturer lignum drums have added something special to their product line. they were wondering: how would a snare drum made entirely of brass (that’s shell, lugs, rods, hoops, nuts, strainer, snare wires) sound? the result: the all brass snare.



using a 3mm brass shell as the foundation and adding carefully designed brass fixtures, lignum drums have created a snare drum that surely must be the ultimate brass drum! more info here.
